Instead of waiting for guests to find the photo experience, our professional attendant takes it directly onto the event floor — moving through the crowd, capturing candid moments and bringing the energy wherever the night is happening. Using studio-grade lighting and professional imaging equipment, every photo comes out sharp, vibrant and ready to share, whether it's a table full of longtime donors, a spontaneous group near the bar or your board chair and a major sponsor shaking hands.


Because it's mobile, the WalkAbout creates its own momentum. Guests see it happening nearby and want in. It draws people out, sparks conversations and keeps the energy moving across the entire venue rather than concentrated in one corner. At a gala or fundraiser where you want guests circulating and engaged all night, that matters.


Every photo is delivered digitally through a custom branded microsite that works for your whole organization. Guests get their photo and land on a page built around your nonprofit — with your branding, your mission and a direct link to donate while the moment is fresh. Your corporate sponsor gets their own dedicated space on that same microsite: their logo, their message and a call to action that links directly to their website or campaign. Every guest who receives a photo becomes a visitor to a page that supports both your cause and your sponsor's goals. That's a meaningful digital touchpoint, not just a keepsake.


Sponsor branding also lives on every photo overlay and every digital share — so when guests text their photos to friends or post them that night, your sponsor travels with it.


Optional Add-On: Print Station Want guests to walk away with something they can hold? Add a Print Station to the WalkAbout experience. Positioned at a central location on the event floor, the Print Station lets guests print a branded 4"x6" photo — a polished, physical keepsake they'll actually take home. Every print carries your nonprofit's branding and your sponsor's logo, turning a digital moment into a tangible reminder of the night. It's a simple addition that makes the WalkAbout a complete experience from phone to hand.


The WalkAbout works as a standalone activation or alongside one of our stationary booths to extend coverage across a larger venue. Either way, it ensures the photo experience reaches every corner of the room — and every guest has a reason to give.

The Golf Outing WalkAbout offers a brand new way to capture and share branded memories at golf outings and other similar events. The WalkAbout is a mobile device which our team will use to take photos of guests with a studio grade light to create sharp, crisp and instantly shareable branded photos or boomerang video clips.  This is a very unique and interactive way to be a part of the event.


There are multiple goals for the Golf Outing WalkAbout branded photo experience:

  • Drive additional donations to your organization
  • Drive branding and awareness for the chosen sponsor(s) during the event and long after the event concludes


The package includes up to 4 hours of activation time (additional hours are available on a per-hour basis) which is an appropriate amount of time for an 18 hole tournament. Our team will arrive approximately 30 minutes before start time to be sure we are set in the right area upon event start time.


The guest experience:

Our team will drive around the course and take photos of the foursomes wherever they're playing their ball - most tournaments play "best ball" so we meet them most anywhere on the course (Time permitting, our team can also take individual photos of the foursome at no additional cost - we simply need to be cognizant of the rate of play so as to not delay other players).


Once the photo is taken, each of the golfers will be asked to send the branded photo to their mobile phones. Optionally, after our team has made its rounds on the course, we can have a print for each golfer in each session printed and waiting for the participants with the organizers.


The entire process, from lining up the golfers to the time each of them has entered their phone number to text themselves the digital copy of the branded photo, takes under 30-40 seconds.



Provided that our team has cellular access to the internet, the guests will immediately receive a text message thanking them for supporting the XYZ organization and mentions the title sponsor in the body of the message. For instance, "Thank you for participating in the 15th Annual XYZ Golf Outing. Your photo, sponsored by ABC Company, is here: https://boothpic.co/h2w87"


Once the guests click the link, they are directed to a branded microsite where the Title Sponsor will be prominently featured at the top and will include 3 bids for future action tabs at the bottom. Upon clicking the Title Sponsor logo at the top, as well as each of the 3 individual tabs at the bottom, the guests will be directed to an appropriate website.


We strongly suggest that one of the 3 bids for future action tabs at the bottom of the microsite direct the guests to a donate website where they may make additional donations during the event or long after the event concludes - turning the WalkAbout into a revenue generating experience.



While some organizations will chose to have the other 2 "non-donation related" tabs direct guests to the Title Sponsor's LinkedIn, Facebook or other social media profiles, other organizations may have additional companies who may want to sponsor the WalkAbout at a lower level - thus, the other 2 tabs can be branded with these sponsors' logos and send the guests to their corresponding website(s).


The guests may share their branded photos online to Facebook and X (formerly twitter) directly from the microsite with pre-populated messages and/or tags to be auto-populated in the post. Guests may also download the branded photos to their smart phone.



Post event, client will be provided a link of all branded photos as well as a list of all texted phone numbers which can be shared with the sponsor(s). The week following the event, an articulation of the number of downloads as well as Facebook and X (formerly twitter) shares directly from the microsite will be shared. An estimated "online reach" figure is also included.
