Using studio-grade lighting and professional imaging equipment, we capture sharp, vibrant group shots right in the middle of the action. No booth to find, no detour from the round. Every photo is branded with your chosen sponsor's logo and event messaging, and every participant gets a digital copy sent straight to their phone — along with a text message that calls out your sponsor by name. Our attendant drives the course and meets each foursome where they are. Most tournaments play best ball, which means we can find groups almost anywhere on the course without disrupting the round. Time permitting, we can capture individual shots of each golfer in the group at no additional cost — we simply stay mindful of pace of play.
Once the photo is taken, each golfer enters their phone number and receives their branded digital copy in seconds. The entire process — lining up the group, taking the shot and getting every phone number entered — takes under 30 to 40 seconds per foursome.
At the end of the round, participants can pick up a physical 4"x6" branded print waiting for them at the clubhouse — a polished keepsake printed for every golfer in every session, branded with the sponsor's logo and ready to take home.
The package includes up to four hours of activation time, which is the right window for a standard 18-hole tournament. Our team arrives approximately 30 minutes before the start to get positioned and ready at tee time. Additional hours are available if your event runs longer or you want coverage during the post-round reception as well.

The moment our team captures a photo — provided there's cellular internet access on the course — every golfer in the group receives a text message within seconds. The message is personalized to your event and your sponsor, reading something like:
