The full-day DigiPod brings the complete self-service digital photo experience to your event for the entire duration. Guests step up whenever the moment strikes — during registration, between program segments, at a reception, at the after-party — and capture still photos, GIFs or boomerangs through an intuitive touchscreen that needs no attendant and no management from your team. It runs itself all day while your staff focuses on everything else.

Every capture delivers guests to a custom branded microsite built around your nonprofit. They get their photo and land on a page with your branding, your mission and a direct link to donate — a giving opportunity built into a moment they're already enjoying. Your corporate sponsor gets their own dedicated presence on that same microsite: their logo, their message and a clickable call to action driving traffic to their website or campaign. Every single delivery serves both organizations at once.

Sponsor branding carries through every photo, GIF and boomerang as well — so every share across text, email and social puts your sponsor in front of new eyes long after the event ends. Over the course of a full day, that adds up.

The DigiPod is fully self-contained and only needs a level surface and WiFi, which means it fits anywhere your event happens — indoors or out, at a golf tournament, a multi-session conference fundraiser, a community fair or an all-day celebration. Compact enough to tuck into any space, engaging enough to draw a crowd wherever it lands.

How It Works

Our Booth Director will deliver the DigiPod, position it at the event location and connect it to the venue’s WiFi network. Once activated, the DigiPod displays a custom-branded attract screen inviting guests to participate.

Guests simply select their preferred experience — still photos, three-pose GIFs or boomerangs — directly from the screen. Within seconds, their content is delivered to their mobile device via personalized text message.

Each photo, GIF or boomerang includes a custom digital frame designed specifically for your event, incorporating your brand, sponsor logos or campaign messaging.

At the conclusion of the event, our Booth Director returns to retrieve the DigiPod, leaving you with a full collection of digital content generated by your guests and shared throughout their networks.
