The half-day DigiPod is the same sleek, self-contained digital experience — guests step up and capture still photos, GIFs or boomerangs through an intuitive touchscreen with no attendant needed — delivered in a focused window that works perfectly for cocktail hours, pre-program receptions, outdoor gatherings or any part of your event where you want guests active and engaged without a full-night commitment.

Every capture is delivered digitally through a custom branded microsite built around your nonprofit. Guests land on a page with your branding, your mission and a direct donation link right after the fun of the photo, when the mood is warm and the ask feels easy. Your corporate sponsor gets their own dedicated space on that same microsite: their logo, their message and a clickable call to action linking directly to their website or campaign. One photo delivery, two organizations represented.

Sponsor branding travels on every piece of content too — overlaid on every photo, GIF and boomerang that gets texted, emailed or posted to social. Every share puts your sponsor in front of a new audience beyond the room.

Because the DigiPod is fully self-contained and only needs a level surface and WiFi, it can go anywhere your event takes it — indoors or out, at a golf outing, a community fundraiser or a pre-gala reception. And because it runs itself, your team stays free to focus on everything else.

How It Works

Our Booth Director will deliver the DigiPod, place it in the designated location and connect it to the venue’s WiFi network. Once activated, the DigiPod displays a custom-branded attract screen inviting guests to participate.

Guests simply choose their preferred experience — still photos, three-pose GIFs or boomerangs — and within seconds their content is delivered directly to their mobile device via personalized text message.

Each capture includes a custom digital frame with your event branding, sponsor logos or messaging, ensuring that every shared photo becomes a branded moment connected to your event.

At the conclusion of the event, our Booth Director returns to retrieve the DigiPod, leaving you with a collection of engaging, shareable content generated by your guests.
